Booking
We charge £100 per room per night – i.e. £50 per person per night, sharing, bed and breakfast. We do not have any single rooms, but may be able to accommodate you in a double room by special arrangement.
Our three-course dinner, booked in advance, is £30 per person. We generally serve dinner twice a week.

If you want to book, we ask for a deposit of 50% of your total stay, which can be paid by cheque (payable to Kate Seekings) or BACS transfer (details on request). The balance is payable on departure, in cash or prearranged BACS transfer. We are sorry, but we no longer accept cheques on departure, or credit and debit cards. If you want to treat someone else, you can purchase a gift voucher. .
Deposits are non-refundable and if you cancel within a week of your stay, or shorten your stay for any reason, you are liable for the whole remainder of the payment. We would of course refund you should we re-let your room subsequent to your departure. We therefore recommend you consider holiday insurance to cover the cost of unforeseen cancellation.
We are strictly non-smoking. Also, except by special arrangement, do not take dogs or children (not because we don’t like either of these, but Boo our dog is not very courteous to canine houseguests, and our property is not really suited to little people).
